Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 1+ year of experience in professional software development

Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL, with sound software engineering practices (e.g., version control, code reviews, testing)

Solid grasp of applied statistics fundamentals (e.g., descriptive statistics, data distributions, hypothesis testing)

You want to work on a regulated medical device, where documentation, traceability, and data protection are part of the job

You are a team player who works in a structured and reliable manner, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where you wear many hats, and you are willing to take on your share of IT and cloud administration tasks

Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our IVD analysis software within our regulated software lifecycle, including design control, verification and technical documentation

Extend and maintain our data storage and processing solutions, and integrate them with our analysis software

Maintain the code behind our analytical and clinical performance evaluations, and run the analyses

Curate the data generated by our performance studies and build visualizations and analyses for studies, publications, and marketing

Work closely with colleagues from assay development, laboratory operations, medical affairs and quality & regulatory affairs
