Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.</li> <li><strong>Client Relationship Management: </strong>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership and Program Management:</strong> Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.</li> <li><strong>Growth and Business Development:</strong> Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts.
