The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our Business Development team, reporting to Juliette, Demand Generation Manager. The team consists of 8 people working across BDR, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Revenue Operations to build and fuel Mirakl's go-to-market engine.
Your Impact
GTM efficiency & automation
Identify and test new automation opportunities within the BDR team
Build and test AI agent workflows for lead qualification and pipeline progression
Help maintain integrations across the GTM stack using n8n
Support email automation and campaign execution
Field Marketing support
Analyse tradeshow and event attendee lists
Prepare outreach materials for targeted event follow-up
Help ensure information is delivered on time for event promotion, target setting, and post-event follow-up
CRM data quality
Keep contact information accurate and up to date in the CRM, working with the Revenue Operations team
Run regular data verification and cleanup routines so the CRM reflects current and potential customer profiles
Support the addition of relevant contacts within target accounts
Experiment with AI and enrichment tools to fill gaps in account and contact data
What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or Data (Bac+4/5 preferred)
A first experience or exposure to sales, marketing, or operations is a plus
Skills:
Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data quality — comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
Proactive and curious: you enjoy figuring things out and taking initiative
Well-organised and able to juggle several projects at once
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working across different teams
Genuine interest in AI, automation, and no-code / low-code tools
Nice to have:
