Job Description

Eptura is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Campaign and ABM Management, this role will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across target accounts and key market segments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and using data to continually improve performance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple channels including email, webinars, digital advertising, events, content syndication, and account-based marketing programs.

Successfully execute integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth.

Become a trusted partner to sales and marketing stakeholders.

Support the expansion and optimization of Eptura's ABM programs.

Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Help drive measurable contribution to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

Execute integrated demand generation campaigns designed to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.

Coordinate campaign deliverables across digital, content, product marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Manage campaign timelines, project plans, assets, approvals, and launch schedules.

Support email, pre/post-event, paid media, and nurture programs.

Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time across all marketing channels.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of account-based marketing programs targeting strategic accounts.

Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with target account priorities.

Build and manage audience segments, target lists, and personalized campaign experiences.

Monitor account engagement and recommend actions to improve account progression through the buying journey.

Collaborate with revenue operations and sales leadership to ensure alignment between ABM activities and pipeline goals.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams to develop and execute campaigns.

Support campaign planning sessions and quarterly marketing initiatives.

Assist with lead management processes, campaign attribution, and reporting requirements.

Stay informed on evolving marketing trends and best practices.

About You

Required

2-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related B2B marketing role.

Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.

Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.

Preferred

Experience using platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar ABM technologies.

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua.

Experience working closely with B2B sales organizations.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
