The DIGITAL CONTENT & WEB MANAGER is responsible for the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimization of digital content and customer experience within the SBD360 platform and DEWALT, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER brand websites. The role ensures that pages, campaigns, product content, and merchandising activities are accurate, timely, customer-focused, and aligned with platform governance.

This role works closely with the Marketing, SBD360 Platform Owner and commercial stakeholders to activate digital initiatives, support launches and promotions, and maintain a high-quality digital experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage related website content, page updates, and publishing activities within SBD360 and brand websites.

Execute digital campaigns, promotions, launches, and merchandising activities for the brand

Ensure product information, digital assets, banners, and customer-facing content are accurate and up to date

Support customer journey optimization through content improvements, navigation updates, and merchandising execution

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams on content needs and campaign priorities

Participate in testing, release validation, and issue follow-up related to content and experience

Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, discoverability, and conversion

Ensure compliance with publishing standards, brand guidelines, and platform governance

Escalate issues, content gaps, or operational risks to the Platform Owner as needed

Support reporting on digital activity and campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field

3-6 years of experience in website management, digital content, eCommerce operations, or digital marketing execution

Experience working with CMS tools and digital publishing workflows

Experience supporting campaigns, promotions, or product launches in a digital environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a commercial or marketing setting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B digital commerce or customer portal environments

Familiarity with product information and digital asset workflows

Exposure to analytics tools and performance reporting

Experience supporting branded digital experiences in a multi-stakeholder environment

Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and digital merchandising practices
