What the posting says
Digital Growth Analyst
Latam Online Marketing is SumUp's acquisition engine for Chile, driving 38% of new net revenue in H1 2026 through a mix of Card Reader, Tap to Pay and, more recently, inside sales motions. The team has already built the data foundations it needs; the next stage of growth depends on turning that data into sharper offers, faster website experiments and stronger full-funnel execution. This role sits at the centre of that shift, combining analysis with hands-on delivery to unlock the channel's next growth plateau.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional growth projects from business case and unit-economics scenarios through to implementation and impact measurement
Own website conversion-rate optimisation end to end, including funnel diagnosis, experiment design, landing-page implementation, tracking and QA
Build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analysis, and audit attribution or tracking issues, coordinating fixes with technical teams when needed
Use AI to speed up analysis, automation and operational workflows, with appropriate quality checks
Contribute to paid-media platform management, building toward greater ownership over time
You'll be great for this role ifβ¦
Experience turning data and unit-economics analysis into clear, actionable growth recommendations
Strong knowledge of SQL and BI or dashboarding tools, with comfort building and maintaining reliable reporting
Track record of leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through to delivery and measurable impact
Ability to design and run website or CRO experiments, from hypothesis to tracking to results analysis
Fluency in professional English, alongside structured problem-solving and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach
