Role Overview:
The Director Cybersecurity Operations leads security operations including threat monitoring, incident response and security intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SOC operations
• Oversee incident response programs
Manage SIEM and threat intelligence platforms
Develop threat detection and monitoring strategies
Provide executive reporting on cyber incidents
Requirements
Required Experience:
8–12 years cybersecurity operations experience
• SOC leadership experience
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
Certifications Preferred:
CISSP, GIAC certifications
Benefits
Compensation Guidance (US):
$180,000 – $240,000 base salary + bonus
