Oversee service delivery across the Property division, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients and customers.

Drive divisional financial performance, taking ownership of revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.

Manage and optimise supplier relationships, ensuring our network partners deliver outstanding performance, quality, and value.

Champion a "One Davies" approach, bringing teams together to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Monitor operational performance through robust reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.

Provide strategic insight and recommendations to support business growth and operational excellence.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and senior leader.

Contribute to business development activity, supporting tenders, client proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.

Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain and repair network.

Knowledge and Abilities:

We're seeking an experienced leader who combines commercial acumen with operational expertise and a genuine passion for people and customer delivery.

You'll bring:

Extensive leadership experience managing large operational teams directly and through senior management structures.

A minimum of 10 years' experience within the Property Claims sector, with strong knowledge of property insurance and building repair services.

A proven track record of delivering financial performance, including P&L responsibility, revenue growth, and cost control.

Experience managing complex supplier networks, repair contractors, or supply chain partnerships.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients, colleagues, and suppliers alike.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
