Position: Mechanical Engineering Writer - Engineering FRQ

Type:Contract

Compensation:$85/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Author original, free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios.

Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem.

Validate difficulty by running problems against three frontier language models until at least one fails.

Collaborate with AI research teams to improve problem-solving approaches.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

8+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in design, analysis, or R&D.
