In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Design, review, and refine chemistry content, questions, and real-world scenarios for AI training and evaluation purposes.

Assess and provide feedback on the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of complex chemistry materials and solutions.

Contribute to the development of datasets by curating and annotating chemistry-related texts and problems.

Utilize pedagogical experience to ensure teaching materials are instructive and accessible for a range of learners.

Research and identify emerging trends or gaps in chemical education that can inform AI model improvement.

Participate in collaborative discussions, providing both written and verbal feedback to advance project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Chemistry or near completion of a doctoral degree in Chemistry (ABD candidates considered).

Proven record of teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level, with ability to communicate chemistry concepts clearly.

Demonstrated experience in chemical research and scholarly publication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated attention to detail in academic contexts.

Familiarity with current pedagogical strategies and curriculum design in chemistry education.

Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or contributing to educational projects.

Ability to work independently, manage assignments efficiently, and deliver high-quality results remotely.
