Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineer III, Business Systems to design, build, and support the systems and integrations that enable MongoDB’s top-of-funnel and lead-to-revenue processes.

This individual contributor role will focus on marketing technology, lead lifecycle management, enrichment, campaign operations, account and territory management, activity management, outreach, annual planning, and inbound and outbound integrations. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, integration tools, APIs, and data services.

You will own delivery across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and production support. You will also contribute to engineering standards, platform governance, data quality, and continuous improvement across the GTM Technology ecosystem.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

Administer and integrate marketing and enrichment platforms such as FCI, LeanData, Ortoo, and related GTM applications

Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, analytics, data, and downstream business systems

Support campaign management, campaign attribution, audience segmentation, campaign member management, and marketing performance workflows

Develop scalable solutions for account management, territory planning, account assignment, ownership changes, and coverage models

Design and support partner management capabilities, including partner onboarding, partner data management, partner lifecycle workflows, referral and lead registration processes, partner attribution, and partner communications

Build and enhance partner portal experiences that provide secure access to leads, opportunities, campaign resources, enablement content, deal registration, performance insights, and relevant account information

Enable activity management and Outreach workflows across marketing, business development, sales, and partner teams

Design and support inbound integrations that create, enrich, qualify, and route leads and accounts into Salesforce

Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data, and Engineering to understand requirements and identify process gaps

Contribute to documentation, UAT, regression testing, runbooks, monitoring, and user enablement

Leverage AI-powered engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce, and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation while applying sound judgment around security, privacy, and accuracy
