We are looking for an Engineering Professional with fluent German (mandatory) and good English to join our team in Augsburg, Germany, supporting customer coordination and engineering projects in the aerospace/tool engineering environment.
Tasks
Act as the local interface between Airbus Tool Engineering/Production teams and our offshore engineering team.Coordinate customer requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and project activities.Understand, clarify, and communicate technical requirements between customer and engineering teams.Track open topics, actions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.Participate in customer/project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. Support resolution of technical and project coordination issues.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.Fluent German and good English – mandatory.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Good technical understanding and organizational skills.Experience in aerospace, Airbus, tool engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering is an advantage.Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams is a plus.
