ERP Consultant (m/f/d)

Salary: 46.000 - 75.000 € per year

Requirements:

A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study

Several years of experience in the Microsoft ERP environment, ideally with programming experience in AL / C-AL

Strong understanding of business processes and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

Enthusiasm for digitalization, automation, and process optimization

Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and an independent and responsible work style

You act in accordance with a clear set of values in which honesty, friendliness, and respect play a central role

Responsibilities:

Advising business units on the digitization and automation of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and related systems

Analysis, design, and implementation of end-to-end ERP processes in close collaboration with business departments

Leading and participating in ERP rollout and enhancement projects at the national and international levels

Coordinating new developments in collaboration with internal business units and external development partners

Management and quality assurance for external service providers

Global ERP support for headquarters and our international subsidiaries

Planning and conducting user training sessions
