We’re looking for an Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to remotely support one of our Australian clients.
Thinktrusted right hand meets digital organiser meets content coordinator. One moment, you’re bringing order to calendars, school commitments, and deadlines. The next, you’re coordinating a booking, researching a request, or turning an idea into a social media post—with AI helping you work smarter along the way.
This part-time role suits someone who combines strong organisation with a creative streak. You’ll have the judgment to work independently, the resourcefulness to find answers, and the ownership mindset to take something from“Can you handle this?” to “Already done.”
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive and family calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.
Organise school, family, and activity commitments.
Review school communications and track key dates and deadlines.
Coordinate appointments, bookings, travel, and events.
Manage administrative tasks, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
Write social media captions and post descriptions.
Use AI tools for content ideation and productivity.
Conduct online research and coordinate required next steps.
Support grant application preparation as required.
Track tasks through to completion and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must Have):
At least2 years of relevant experiencein an Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA), Virtual Assistant (VA), administrative, or similar support role.
Experience supporting executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, or busy families.
Experience with social media administration, scheduling, and content posting.
Strong calendar, scheduling, and administrative management skills.
Strong written communication skills, including social media caption writing.
Strong organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and make sound day-to-day decisions.
Resourceful approach to online research and problem-solving.
Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content creation and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):
Family-office or private family support experience.
Experience supporting international clients.
Content creation or marketing experience.
Experience using AI-powered productivity or content tools.
Grant application support experience.
