Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) - Berlin

Salary: 55.000 - 75.000 € per year

Requirements:

We have completed our studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.

We have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally, we have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi-tenant/public cloud environment.

We ideally have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.

We are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

Our analytical, independent, and structured approach to work supports us in defining guidelines. Furthermore, our communication enables effective collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

We will be part of the Products & Technology team and assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.

We will define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure alignment with our future system landscape.

We will evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.

We will ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end-to-end integration.

We will support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integration.

We will evaluate and implement cloud innovations that can bring improvements through technologies such as RPA and ML.
