Responsibilities:

Beratung etablierter Banken und Versicherungen im Hinblick auf Transaktionen (z. B. IT-Architektur, Datenseparierung und Migration) und digitale Ökosysteme (z. B. IT-Strategie, Entwicklung neuer Vertriebskanäle wie Apps)

Durchführung von Marktanalysen, strategischen Reviews, Due Diligence, Synergie-Assessments, Carve-outs und Integrationen sowie Restrukturierungen

Beratung der Kund:innen bei der Entwicklung ihrer API-Strategie - vom Design einer zukunftsweisenden Schnittstellen-Architektur über die Auswahl von API-Frameworks bis hin zu operativen Prozessen im Backend

Entwicklung und Bewertung von Cloud-native-Architekturen, Container Frameworks, Skalierungs- und Sicherheitsstrategien, Infrastruktur-Sourcing-Konzepten sowie IT-Entwicklungsprozessen

Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen im Hinblick auf Payments, digitale Banking-Ökosysteme in der API-Economy und die digitale ID sowie Teilnahme an Meet-ups, Hackathons, Konferenzen und Austausch mit Start-ups, Investor:innen und den Digitaleinheiten etablierter Branchenteilnehmender
