Mit MS Office und verschiedenen DATEV-Anwendungen kennen Sie sich bestens aus.

Sie haben Interesse daran, digitale Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten und zu optimieren.

Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Sie aus.

Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und am aktiven Mandantenkontakt.

Responsibilities:

Sie treiben die Digitalisierung unserer Kanzlei voran, optimieren Prozesse und beraten intern zum Thema.

Sie analysieren unsere Prozesse und prüfen wie diese standardisiert und ggf. automatisiert werden können.

In der Kanzlei ermöglichen Sie einen effizienten Einsatz von DATEV-Anwendungen.

Sowohl Mitarbeitenden als auch Mandanten stehen Sie unterstützend zur Seite, z.B. bei der Einrichtung und Nutzung von DATEV Unternehmen online oder Ecovis Online.

Die Schnittstellen zwischen Mandanten und Kanzlei haben Sie im Blick und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Daten- und Informationsaustausch.

Zuverlässig wirken Sie bei Mandantenübertragungen mit.
