Minimum 4th Bachelor semester.</li> <li><strong>Relevant Experience.&nbsp;</strong>You have gained initial exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences.</li> <li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in a desert.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills.&nbsp;</strong>Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.</li> <li><strong>Language Proficiency.&nbsp;</strong>Fluent in English.
