What the posting says

MongoDB’s Marketing team in France is looking for a commercially minded and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing and integrated field marketing programs for some of our largest and most strategic French accounts.

This role will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Developer Advocacy and other cross-functional teams to build account plans that increase awareness, engage technical champions and executive stakeholders, create and accelerate pipeline, and expand MongoDB’s footprint across France.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They will be comfortable translating account priorities into multi-channel programs, managing stakeholders and budgets, measuring business impact, and adapting plans based on performance and market feedback.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Paris for our hybrid working model.

What you will do

Own the France account-based marketing plan for an agreed portfolio of strategic accounts, including account selection, stakeholder mapping, priorities, tactics, budget and quarterly planning, performance reviews and analysis of programs

Work closely with account teams to understand account-specific challenges, decision-making processes, business priorities and key personas

Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies and messaging that address the needs of each account, engage senior leaders and buying committees, and create growth opportunities

Translate sales and account-team priorities into integrated programs across executive engagement, customer advocacy, partner marketing, events, digital campaigns and developer/community activities

Develop and manage targeted acquisition and engagement campaigns for digital-native organizations and AI companies, adapting messaging, channels and content to reach technical audiences, founders, developers and business decision-makers

Act as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and account stakeholders, enabling programs and tactics that align with commercial objectives and customer needs

Establish clear planning and operating rhythms with account teams, including quarterly account reviews, campaign briefs, execution checkpoints and post-program follow-up

Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Developer Advocacy and other marketing teams in EMEA and Globally to deliver holistic plans

Align marketing activity with sales goals, provide relevant sales-enablement resources, and ensure smooth handoff and follow-up across teams

Leverage account intelligence, intent signals, engagement data and qualitative feedback to prioritise investment and influence technical champions and the broader buying committee

Be curious and fluent in leveraging AI tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of programs, working with internal teams, agencies and partners while managing timelines, dependencies, risks and budgets

Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and identify opportunities to use customer stories, references and advocacy to support growth

Represent the voice of the French market in regional and global marketing planning, sharing local insights, customer needs and competitive context

Track performance metrics and pipeline influence, evaluate program effectiveness, and use insights to optimise future campaigns
