Position: Marketing Expert — Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments)

Type:Contract

Compensation:$60–$100/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design task briefs from your field marketing or events experience, focusing on the task's true test and decision-making.

Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.

Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.

Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards.

Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize, plan, execute, QA, triage, research, evaluate, report, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on experience in field marketing or events.

Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and project trackers like Asana or Linear.

Clear written reasoning.

Preferred

Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.

Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
