What the posting says

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work closely with customers to understand how their operations run and turn those insights into production-ready systems.

What You'll Do

Embed with customer teams to learn how certification, inspection, and compliance work in practice.

Lead customer conversations, write product specifications, and build end-to-end systems across the frontend, backend, data model, and AI layer.

Own product areas from discovery through deployment, shipping early and refining solutions based on direct user feedback.

Review customer documents and workflow outputs to develop AI-enabled tools for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.

Use sound product judgment to distinguish broadly useful needs from one-off requests.

What We're Looking For

Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production software.

Full-stack capability, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with AI/ML, large language models, or document intelligence is valuable.

Strong product-building instincts and experience contributing in an early-stage or ground-up product environment.

Comfort working directly with customers, communicating clearly, and adapting to real-world operational needs.

Strong technical fundamentals and a personable, practical approach to collaboration.
