What you'll do

What you own

The product decisions for your team's area of the blp platform: what gets built, in what order, and why.

The outcomes your team is accountable for, not the output.

Discovery: understanding the users and customers in your area deeply enough that you can make most decisions yourself, and knowing which decisions need evidence first.

What you shape with us

The product strategy for your area, in partnership with product leadership and the domain experts.

How the product organization works as it scales: intake, prioritization, and the operating rhythm. We are actively iterating these, and we want the people doing the work to shape them.

Your stream-aligned team.

What you'll bring

Required

Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actually adopted.

Entrepreneurial judgment. Comfortable operating with incomplete information, choosing a direction, and owning the result.

Experienced in product discovery.

Can hold a position with engineers, with sales, and with executives, and can say no in a way that keeps the relationship.

Fluent English.

Strongly preferred

Experience working in an empowered product model, where teams were assigned problems to solve rather than features to build.

A plus

Enterprise ERP or finance exposure.

Experience with AI or agentic products in production, particularly reliability, evaluation, and trust in enterprise settings.

German, given our customer base.
