Requirements:
Degree in computer science or a related field with a focus on software development
Several years of professional experience as a software architect are a plus
Excellent knowledge of VHDL/Verilog, C/C++, Python, and CMake programming
Excellent knowledge of the Vivado/Vitis toolchain and the Ultrascale+ MPSoC
Knowledge of Yocto, Buildroot, Docker, GStreamer, CUDA, video processing, AI development, or embedded devices is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Analytical thinking skills and a willingness to take on personal responsibility
Knowledge of video theory and experience with video protocols, e.g., CoaxPress, SDI, FPD-Link, GMSL
Good German and English skills, at least at the B2 level
Responsibilities:
Design and adaptation of video processing chains in FPGAs
Commissioning of the designed systems on the hardware
Synthesis, simulation, and verification of the designs
Close coordination with our software developers
Responsible participation in documentation, communication, and meeting deadlines at the interface between software development and project management
Agile planning and implementation of software development (SCRUM)
