About this role

We’re looking for a strong operator to help scale and execute brand onboarding and inbound process for Fulfilled by Faire (FbF). In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end brand onboarding process — from the moment brands join FbF through activation — and be accountable for the key performance indicators that drive brand success and program growth.

You’ll operate at the center of the onboarding experience, serving as the primary point of coordination between Faire, brands, and warehouse partners to ensure brands get live quickly and are set up for long-term success. This role requires strong execution, sound business judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to solve complex problems through influence rather than authority.

As the program scales, you’ll partner closely with Product, Fulfillment, and CX teams to reduce onboarding time, streamline processes, and help define product roadmap priorities that remove friction and enable brands to activate faster. You’ll leverage data and operational insights to anticipate risks, identify qualitative issues early, and continuously improve onboarding workflows at scale.

What you’ll do

Own inventory inbound and exception process throughout entire brand lifecycle

Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for brands joining Fulfilled by Faire, from initial kickoff through activation and post-launch stabilization

Serve as the primary point of communication between Faire, brands, and warehouse partners to ensure operational readiness and alignment

Track onboarding progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, delays, and quality issues

Leverage data and operational metrics to anticipate qualitative issues and drive informed decision-making

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Fulfillment, and CX teams to resolve issues and improve onboarding workflows

Influence outcomes without direct authority while balancing brand needs with operational constraints

Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and internal tooling

Support brands post-onboarding to ensure ongoing success and a high-quality fulfillment experience

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, marketplace operations, or a related field

Prior hands-on experience with physical goods fulfillment and warehousing operations

Experience in scaling warehouse operations built on strong foundations (5S, Poka Yoke, Andon, Kaizen and standard work)

Strong business acumen

Experience working directly with brands, merchants, or partners across a variety of roles and seniority levels

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through influence rather than authority

Strong execution skills, high ownership mindset, and self-driven work style

Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience with high quality warehouse receiving operations

Prior experience onboarding sellers or merchants onto a marketplace or fulfillment program

Working knowledge of WMS and comfort using data to answer operational questions

Experience scaling or improving operational processes in a high-growth environment

Prior online marketplace experience
