Fullatack Developer| Offshore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Java to work on dynamic and scalable web applications. The role demands a balanced contribution to both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js

Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot preferred)

Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Technical Skills Required:Frontend (50%) – React:

Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel)

Backend (50%) – Java:

Proficient in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT)

Experience with tools like Maven, Gradle, Git

Good to Have:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
