Fullstack Developer — Startup

Salary: CHF 65'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

1. Solid Laravel experience in production – you have shipped and

maintained real applications, not just side projects.

2. React with TypeScript at a working level. You are comfortable on

both ends, or ready to get there quickly.

3. You have worked with LLM APIs and understand how to build

something reliable on top of them.

4. You take ownership. You will be our only developer – the CEO leads

you on priorities and product, but the code is yours.

5. You write tests and you care whether things actually work.

Responsibilities:

The company

Intrinsa is a Swiss behavioural performance system. We show companies

whether training and strategy actually change behaviour at work – or

whether they only produced training hours on a report. Three products:

a learning platform, an AI Companion, and an assessment module.

Live with pilot customers in the DACH region.

The team

There are two of us. You become our developer – not one of several,

the one. Direct line to the CEO, no layer in between.

The CEO leads you on priorities, product and business context. On the

technical side you take over from our current developer. The system is

thoroughly documented, and he hands it over to you personally.

Why Laravel and React

We chose a mature, well-established stack on purpose. Laravel gives us

development speed and brings most of what we need out of the box, the

hosting stays affordable, and the community is large enough that

answers are never far away. It was the right call for shipping fast –

and it is a stack you can grow with.

What you will do

Take over the technical side: the products, the operations,

eventually the roadmap.

Develop the products further, with a focus on the AI Companion.

Make it easy to set up new customers.

Keep the quality high. The test suite exists and stays.

in training and strategy, and almost none of them can tell whether

anything changed afterwards. Attendance gets measured. Behaviour does

not.

We build the system that closes that gap. Our products combine a

learning platform, an AI Companion that supports people in their daily

work, and behavioural measurement – grounded in behavioural science,

not in dashboards for their own sake.
