Job Responsibilities
At Trafilea, NetSuite is a critical part of the technology that supports our business.
We’re looking for a NetSuite Functional Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—turning requirements into clear functional specifications, priorities, and projects that make it all the way to production.
You’ll partner with business stakeholders, Tech, PMO, and other teams to improve our ERP, keep projects moving, anticipate risks, and create visibility into what the NetSuite team is building and achieving.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications, Epics, and User Stories.
Drive NetSuite initiatives from requirements gathering and milestone definition through implementation and production.
Own and maintain the NetSuite project backlog, keeping priorities, specifications, deadlines, and status clear and up to date.
Partner with business stakeholders, Tech, and PMO to align priorities, expectations, capacity, and execution.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, taking action to keep projects moving forward.
Monitor and report key product and project KPIs, milestones, and business story acceptance.
Partner with BI to build dashboards that improve visibility into team capacity, achievements, and potential risks.
Troubleshoot and improve tools and processes to maintain quality assurance and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain project documentation while identifying relevant technology and industry trends that can improve NetSuite and the business.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience (configuration, workflows, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics)
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications
Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
Experience gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
High level of autonomy — manages priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
Active use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
