We are part of the Triveris Group ecosystem alongside We Are META and Landing.Jobs, giving us reach across the full spectrum of tech talent in Portugal.

Damia supports its clients with direct hires.

About the role: The Global Director of HCM Transformation & Technology will lead enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiatives with a focus on deploying integrated digital solutions as part of the Harmonie global strategy. This leadership role will oversee the implementation and continuous evolution of SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent technologies (e.g., case management, knowledge portals, payroll, automation) to support a unified, scalable, and employee-centric HR ecosystem.

The role requires deep expertise in global HR service delivery, strategic governance, and change leadership to ensure solutions drive business value, operational efficiency, and user adoption across all regions.

Define, refine, and execute a global implementation strategy that includes regional deployment models, sequencing, and post-deployment optimization.

Partner with the SVP HR Services & Technology to align global shared services goals, labor strategies, and HR operating models.

Program Governance & Execution

Lead a portfolio of HR technology initiatives (SuccessFactors, case management, automation tools, etc.), ensuring alignment with GBS and IT governance standards.

Establish global program governance and milestone discipline to reduce risk and accelerate delivery.

Direct vendor performance and manage cross-functional internal/external teams to ensure accountability and delivery.

Enterprise Integration & Solution Design

Guide integration design across systems (HRIS, Payroll, ITSM, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with data privacy and regional requirements.

Oversee enterprise-wide configuration and testing cycles, ensuring harmonized functionality across regions while addressing country-specific needs.

Global Change Enablement & User Experience

Lead global stakeholder engagement and change management programs to ensure strong regional adoption and employee experience alignment.

Partner with Communications, Learning, and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive training, support materials, and readiness planning.

Performance & Continuous Innovation

Monitor operational performance metrics post-implementation, focusing on service quality, adoption, and ROI.

Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously enhance the HCM landscape, including AI-enabled features, analytics, and digital self-service tools.

Requirements

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, Comp, Recruiting) plus experience with integrated platforms (case management, payroll, knowledge portals).

Strong experience with global HR operating models, Shared Services, and GBS transformation initiatives.

Proven ability to lead multi-year programs, manage executive stakeholders, and deliver enterprise technology solutions at scale.
