Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About Operations:

Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the operations team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs. Our goal is to help Fever grow by improving the efficiency of our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Production Logistics Manager to lead Fever's global transportation operations end-to-end. In this role, you will lead a distributed team of logistics coordinators, set the strategy for global product movements and customs compliance, analyze strategic sourcing vs. local fabrication options, and act as the connective tissue between internal event production teams and external transport partners.

About the Role:

End-to-end transport & logistics management: Own global logistics and freight operations from start to finish, ensuring event assets move on time and cost-effectively, while acting quickly to resolve shipping disruptions and operational escalations.

Global trade & customs compliance: Oversee global import/export processes, temporary admissions (ATA Carnets), tariff classifications, and customs compliance to guarantee seamless international cross-border movements for live event productions.

Strategic sourcing vs. fabrication analysis: Evaluate total cost of ownership by comparing international shipping costs against local fabrication or sourcing options, advising production teams on optimal logistics strategies.

Cross-functional production integration: Partner closely with event production, finance, legal, and tax teams to align freight timelines with event setup schedules and foster seamless operational synergy.

Team leadership & mentorship: Lead and develop a distributed team of logistics coordinators, balancing workload, unblocking complex challenges, and scaling operational processes across global regions.

Vendor negotiation & 3PL management: Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners, negotiating competitive rates and service contracts on behalf of the logistics department.

KPIs, budget & SLA oversight: Establish, track, and report performance metrics (on-time delivery, freight spend variances, customs clearance lead times) to drive continuous cost optimization and operational excellence.

Continuous process improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, design standardized logistics frameworks, and build training programs to elevate internal transportation expertise.

About You:

Experience: 5+ years leading global logistics, freight forwarding, or production transportation operations, preferably within live events, entertainment, or high-volume global shipping.

Customs & trade expertise: Deep knowledge of international customs regulations, import/export compliance, HS codes, temporary importations (e.g., ATA Carnets), and duty optimization.

Team leadership: 3+ years of experience direct managing logistics coordinators or operations teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Strategic & financial analysis: Strong capability to analyze logistics trade-offs (e.g., shipping vs. local fabrication) and manage departmental budgets, vendor quotes, and KPIs.

Vendor negotiation: Proven track record negotiating high-value contracts and freight rates with global 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers.

Education & tools: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience; proficiency in TMS/ERP platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and analytics tools.

Communication & adaptability: Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management skills to explain complex trade/logistics issues to non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits & Perks:

Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.

Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
