Global Security Specialist (m/f/d) - IT Security, Engineer

Salary: 59.000 - 99.000 € per year

Requirements:

Masters degree in security management, risk/crisis management, or a comparable field

Several years of operational and project experience

Sound knowledge of physical security standards, including legal requirements and standards in the chemical industry

Creative and motivated team player with a growth mindset and positive attitude

Fluent English skills and experience working with international teams; command of another language is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Develop global physical security standards (excluding cybersecurity) for our organization and sites, and take responsibility for their continuous development

Collaborate with local, regional, and global experts across our company and coordinate security-related topics with relevant stakeholders

Support our units in implementing and applying global physical security standards

Implement relevant security tools to support physical security

Conduct security analyses based on relevant information and prepare meaningful reports

Manage security incident reporting, including the analysis and evaluation of security incidents
