We are also the company behind two software solutions for office work — our workplace management software, Desk Buddy, and our performance management software, GROW.

We're seeking a mid- and Senior-level Go / Kubernetes Engineer (B2B) to join a 1-year mission with possibilities for extension.

What you'll do:

Build Kubernetes Operators/Controllers in Go to automate provisioning and lifecycle management across bare-metal and edge-cloud infrastructure

Design CRDs, reconciliation logic, and cloud-native Go backend services/APIs

Integrate infrastructure, networking, and platform layers via Kubernetes APIs

Automate bare-metal Kubernetes environments and support AI/ML and security teams building Kubernetes-native tooling

Shape architecture decisions for distributed cloud/edge systems; write automated tests (unit/integration/e2e); debug Go services and controllers; participate in code review

Must-haves:

Go engineering

5+ years in software development, 3+ years hands-on Go

Solid grasp of interfaces/composition, error handling, module design, dependency management, standard library

Strong concurrency skills: goroutines, channels, sync primitives, context/cancellation

Experience building long-running services, controllers, or distributed systems in Go

REST and/or gRPC API design/consumption

Automated testing (unit + integration) and hands-on debugging experience

Kubernetes / cloud-native

Built Operators/Custom Controllers in Go; strong Kubernetes API experience

CRD design; solid understanding of the reconciliation pattern and controller lifecycle

Working knowledge of controller-runtime, client-go, Kubebuilder and/or Operator SDK

Understands reconciliation loops, watches, informers/caching, status/conditions, finalizers, owner references

Experience across bare-metal, managed Kubernetes, and distributed/edge setups

Builds containerized Go applications

Infrastructure / networking

Familiarity with cloud, edge, and IoT infra concepts

Understands bare-metal provisioning automation and low-level networking

Grasp of how Kubernetes interacts with compute, storage, and networking

Solid distributed-systems and infra-architecture fundamentals

Background

Telco domain exposure — a plus

CS/Engineering/IT degree or equivalent practical experience

Comfortable working cross-functionally with infra, networking, security, and AI/ML engineers

Nice-to-haves:

Admission webhooks / Kubernetes API extension mechanisms

API machinery & versioning knowledge

Testing controllers with envtest or similar

Cluster API (CAPI) or comparable lifecycle frameworks

Bare-metal provisioning tools: Metal³/Bare Metal Operator, Ironic, or similar

CNI / Kubernetes networking knowledge

Infrastructure as Code / automation experience

GitOps tooling exposure

Observability stack experience (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

Go performance profiling (pprof)

Kubernetes security: RBAC, admission control, secrets management, workload security

Kubernetes-native AI/ML workload experience

Exposure to telco/highly distributed edge cloud architectures
