What the posting says

Why A‑Gas?

At A‑Gas, what we do matters — every single day. We are a global leader in Lifecycle Refrigerant Management. We help industries reduce emissions, protect the environment, and transition to a more sustainable future.

Our goal is clear: to protect and improve the environment by effectively managing refrigerants throughout their entire lifecycle.

Role Description

The Group Director, Supply Chain is accountable for designing and leading A-Gas's global supply chain, strategic sourcing and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) capability. The role will create an integrated view of demand, supply, inventory and third-party spend to secure critical supply, improve service, optimise inventory and working capital, reduce total cost and enable better commercial and operational decisions. Key spend categories include gases, valves, cylinders and containers, logistics, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), and selected indirect categories. Working through a global matrix of regional Operations, Purchasing, Commercial and Finance teams, the role will establish common governance, data standards, category strategies and performance measures while enabling effective regional execution. The role operates through a global matrix structure. While accountable for Group strategy, governance, performance and capability, day-to-day execution remains with regional procurement, Commercial, Operations and supply chain teams.
