What You’ll Be Doing

Service Excellence: Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance (market intel, platform tips).

Client Management: Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, serving as their main point of contact, advocating for them internally, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience.

Events & Networking: Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business

What We Look For In You

Bachelor degree or above

3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space

Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude

Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction

Fluency in Mandarin
