What you’ll own

You will own measurable acquisition and conversion growth. You will identify promising channels, run focused experiments, and turn product value and customer needs into content and journeys that convert.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run acquisition experiments across owned and earned channels.

• Develop useful content and SEO programs around interview preparation and candidate needs.

• Improve landing pages, messaging, onboarding handoffs, and conversion funnels.

• Set up practical analytics, reporting, and attribution for decision-making.

• Turn qualitative feedback and quantitative signals into new growth hypotheses.

• Prioritize work by expected impact, learning value, and effort.

• Partner with product to communicate launches and improve activation.

Required skills

• Experience delivering measurable growth for a digital product or online business.

• Strong writing, positioning, and analytical skills.

• Hands-on familiarity with content, SEO, conversion optimization, and web analytics.

• Ability to design clear experiments and learn from imperfect data.

• Strong ownership, judgment, and remote communication.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing productivity, career, desktop, or AI-enabled products.

• Lifecycle, partnership, or community growth.

• Landing-page testing and basic marketing operations.

• International or multi-market acquisition.
