Why Join Eleken

At Eleken, people are trusted to own their work and make meaningful decisions. This role is a chance to not just execute someone else's brief, but to actually set the direction for the marketing function and see a direct line between your work and the company's revenue.

About the Company

Eleken is a UI/UX design agency specializing in SaaS products. The company operates on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams integrated into client workflows, focused on user-centered design that helps businesses scale and succeed.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Overall marketing experience of roughly 5+ years (not necessarily all of it in a leadership role)

Experience managing a marketing team — able to set direction and define tasks, not just execute ones already handed to you

Strong analytical skills: comfortable with numbers, understands funnel economics, makes decisions based on data rather than abstractions

A research-driven, analytical mindset — willing to dig independently into context (product, clients, business processes, competitors, market) until a problem actually makes sense

Comfortable with ambiguity: able to take on open-ended problems with no ready-made solution and define the first steps yourself

Background in a B2B service business (an agency of 100+ people) or in enterprise-segment marketing (account-based marketing, working with funnels for large clients) is a strong plus

English — confident reading and writing (spoken English is not critical; the role has no direct client-facing communication)

Experience with SEO/content marketing as a primary lead generation channel

Nice to Have

Experience in design agencies or adjacent IT service companies

Experience launching or scaling new channels — paid advertising, webinars, LinkedIn ABM

Understanding of how SEO and search are evolving under the influence of LLMs/AI

Main Responsibilities

Manage the marketing team (SEO specialist, content writers, SMM specialist) and set its direction and priorities

Own the key metric — the volume and conversion of leads into contracts — with a focus on improving the effectiveness of the main channel (SEO/content)

Turn open-ended problems into concrete, measurable outcomes for the team

Research the market, clients, competitors, and the company's own product to make informed decisionsоз

Test and roll out new lead generation channels (paid ads, webinars, ABM) where the economics justify it

Bring in a technical specialist or business analyst as needed to execute initiatives

Report directly to the CEO on results and progress
