Job Title: Healthcare Appointment Setting Specialist

Position Type: Part-Time

Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, Monday - Friday

Salary rate: $5-$7

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture prospective patient leads.

Respond to inquiries through email, text, and social media.

Follow up consistently and schedule qualified appointments.

Manage automated email and text follow-up sequences.

Re-engage inactive patients and old leads.

Manage social media comments and direct messages.

Update lead information and activities in AcuBliss or other CRM/EHR systems.

Track lead status and ensure no follow-up is missed.

Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements.

Assist with newsletters, patient education, and basic social media posting.

Provide administrative support related to lead management.

Report on leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversion results.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, or appointment setting or any other similar experience

Sales-oriented and focused on generating qualified appointments.

Experience with email and text-message automation.

Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems; AcuBliss experience is preferred.

Strong social media engagement and DM management skills.

Healthcare or wellness industry experience is preferred.

Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proactive, adaptable, coachable, and receptive to feedback.

Comfortable working toward measurable goals.

Basic Requirements

Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.

Must have relevant work experience.

Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).

Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required.

Technical Requirements

Computer: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.

Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).

Audio: Noise-canceling headset.

Video: Working webcam for virtual meetings.
