TL:DR: We're hiring an HR Business Partner to work with our Modelling organization, supporting Research and Engineering through an extraordinary phase of growth.

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong HRBP experience: 5+ years as an HRBP or People Partner

Knows technical organizations: Has partnered with Engineering, Research, or similarly technical teams

Has scaled: Has worked in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment

Thinks globally: Has supported distributed teams and leaders

Writes exceptionally well: Clear, concise written communication is core to how we operate and influence

Is pro-team: Collaborative, low-ego, and invested in making the whole team better

Location: This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can regularly work from our London office alongside the leaders and teams they'll support.

Salary Range - £90,000 - £120,000

Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.

Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
