About This Role
Sharebite is looking for an HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume HR function that spans recruiting, payroll, onboarding, learning & development, and employee relations. This is a unique, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety and wants exposure to nearly every corner of HR operations, with a particular focus on supporting our Logistics Teams and their part-time Client Onsite Associates (COAs). You'll be a key point of contact for a distributed, high-volume workforce and will play a critical role in ensuring they're recruited, paid, onboarded, and supported effectively.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Screening
Own the end-to-end screening and recruiting process for high-volume roles, particularly part-time Client Onsite Associates on our Logistics Teams
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to keep pace with ongoing hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely candidate experience
Onboarding
Manage the employee onboarding process end-to-end, including systems provisioning, new hire communications, and day-one support
Ensure new hires have a smooth, welcoming start and have access to the tools/information they need
Time-Tracking & Payroll
Process weekly/semi-monthly payroll for non-exempt employees, including Client Onsite Associates, by following established procedures and checklists
Review and reconcile employee timesheets for accuracy, flagging discrepancies or missing entries before submission
Execute payroll processing steps in our PEO/payroll system (e.g., Sequoia/PrismHR), escalating exceptions or edge cases to the Head of HR
Maintain accurate time-tracking records and ensure submissions are completed on schedule each pay period
Learning & Development
Partner with the Head of HR to run lightweight L&D coursework and training initiatives
Help coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics for training sessions
Employee Relations & HR Support
Serve as the HR/business liaison for Client Onsite Associates, fielding questions and escalating issues as needed
Support other general HR tasks and projects as they arise (policy support, HR administration, employee inquiries, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
2-4+ years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
Comfort working with a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have Skills
Comfort in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR)
Familiarity with payroll and PEO systems (e.g., Sequoia, PrismHR)
General knowledge of HR-related tax and compliance matters (e.g., wage and hour law, payroll tax basics, benefits compliance)
Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site hourly/non-exempt workforce
Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) for high-volume recruiting
Familiarity with basic L&D coordination or training facilitation
