ICT Operations Engineer (a)

Salary: CHF 77'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.

Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud).

Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.

Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.

Work with the Production team (Product-Support, Exploitation), Integration team, Infrastructure teams (Databases, Systems, Networks), Development teams, and Service Management teams (Incidents and Problems).
