ICT Support Specialist / System Administrator

Salary: 68.000 - 108.000 € per year

Requirements:

Completed IT training or comparable qualification

Experience in user support as well as with Windows and Microsoft

Very good knowledge of Active Directory

Ideally, experience with server infrastructures, Microsoft Intune, and Azure

Independent, reliable, and structured work style

Strong service orientation and a passion for supporting users

Solution-oriented thinking with a focus on efficient problem-solving

Excellent German skills and good English skills

Willingness to work on-site occasionally (locations: Switzerland/UK)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the stable operation of our IT infrastructure

1st-level support (on-site & remote) as the central point of contact for IT inquiries

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of client systems in our Microsoft environment (DE/EN/FR)

Support for workstation systems, peripherals, and mobile devices

Administration of servers, network, and communication systems

Software installation, updates, and interface maintenance

Collaboration on IT projects and implementation of technical solutions

Covering for colleagues and providing team support in our IT department
