1) Informatica MDM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with hands-on MDM implementation experience to design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, data modeling, match–merge rules, and end-to-end MDM implementations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM Hub solutions.

Participate in end-to-end MDM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Design and configure MDM data models (Base Object, XREF, Staging tables).

Develop and configure match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and trust frameworks.

Implement data quality, standardization, and validation rules.

Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS.

Configure MDM workflows, business rules, and exception handling.

Perform data loads, delta processing, and reconciliation.

Provide production support, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and downstream teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub).

Proven experience in MDM implementation projects (Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location domains).

Experience in data modeling and schema design.

Expertise in match–merge, survivorship, and trust rules.

Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or IICS.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.

Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments.
