As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP),you’llbe part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology.You’llgain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.

Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including:

Cybersecurity– Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection

Data Analytics & Operations– Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency

Technical Product/Project Management– Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Artificial Intelligence– Apply machine learning and AI toenhanceIT processes & systems

Application Development– Build andoptimizesoftware tools forinternal & external use

IT Infrastructure & Architecture– Design and support scalable, secure technology environments

You’llalsobenefitfrom structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for a successful career at GE HealthCare.

Basic Qualifications

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field

Expected graduation date between December 2026and May 2027

Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software development, or data analytics

Strong academic performancedemonstratedby a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply
