Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to handle customer orders, ensure timely processing within 60 minutes for next-day delivery, follow up on outstanding information, take orders over the phone, and keep customers updated on any delays. The ideal candidate is a fast worker with strong spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all orders are processed and replied to within 60 minutes to ensure they can be dispatched for next-day delivery

Following up with customers for outstanding information

Taking orders over the phone

Keeping customers up to date with any delays

Qualifications

Must-Have:

5+ years of relevant experience

Customer focused

Strong communicator

Fast worker

Highly detail-oriented

Able to juggle multiple priorities at once

Good spoken & written English

Nice-to-Have:

Has some knowledge & experience with ironmongery/hardware

Salary Range:PHP 45,000 to PHP 60,000 (depending on experience)

Work Setup:Work-from-home in the Philippines

Work Schedule:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time
