Internship - Software Engineer - Competency Graph Administration Platform Modernization

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

Masters student in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Knowledge of Angular or modern frontend frameworks.

Interest in full-stack development and user experience.

Understanding of Java-based applications is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities:

Modernize an existing administration platform by migrating it from AngularJS to Angular, WildFly to Quarkus and extending its functionality to provide greater autonomy to operational teams.

Analyze the current application architecture and existing business workflows.

Migrate frontend components from AngularJS to Angular.

Migrate backend components from WildFly to Quarkus.

Develop backend integrations and APIs where required.

Design and implement new administration and parameterization features based on access rights.

Implement a context-based split (per application source)

Improve usability and user experience for operational teams.

Ensure application quality through automated testing and code reviews.

Collaborate closely with Developers, Operations teams, and Business Analysts.
