Responsibilities:

Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk und Clients)

Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen IT-Betriebs

Administration und Betreuung zentraler IT-Systeme, wie z. B. Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VMware, Veeam Backup & Replication und Sophos Firewall

Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits-, Backup- und Notfallkonzepten

Analyse und Optimierung interner Geschäftsprozesse sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei IT-Fragestellungen

Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister

Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz-, Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards (ISO-konform)
