IT Administrator (f/m/d)

Salary: 63.000 - 103.000 € per year

Requirements:

A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience.

Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage.

A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.

Fluent communication in English and German.

Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices and provide fast, solution-oriented IT support on-site and remotely.

Manage our client devices, from Windows laptops to iOS smartphones, including rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting.

Maintain our workplace and meeting room infrastructure, including hardware setup and audio-visual systems.

Contribute to change initiatives, project work, and the optimization of our internal IT environment.

Take responsibility for recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking.
