IT Administrator (f/m/d) - System Engineering / Admin

Salary: 63.000 - 103.000 € per year

Requirements:

A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience.

Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage.

A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.

Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities:

Provide proactive 1st level support as the first point of contact for colleagues across our global offices, ensuring fast and solution-oriented IT support on-site and remotely.

Manage our client devices, including Windows laptops and iOS smartphones, handling rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting.

Maintain our workplace and meeting room infrastructure, including hardware setup and audio-visual systems.

Contribute to change initiatives and project work to optimize our internal IT environment.

Take responsibility for recurring operational tasks such as internal ordering processes and asset tracking.
