IT-Application Manager (m/w/d)

Salary: 65.000 - 70.000 € per year

Requirements:

Solid technical background in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment, ideally with a focus on marketing, CRM, or customer experience

In-depth knowledge of SAP processes and a good understanding of the relationships between various SAP modules

Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL 4 is a plus

Experience in project management, as well as a good understanding of modern IT architectures and new technologies

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work

Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as the ability to grasp concepts quickly

Very good German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities:

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in conjunction with SAP S/4Hana

Following successful implementation: Support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Management and further development of the marketing tool landscape to support data-driven campaigns and efficient customer processes

Analysis of other existing business processes, as well as the design and development of tailored solutions

Planning, execution, and documentation of tests, as well as support for implementations and system customizations

Providing technical support for IT projects, as well as advising and assisting key users and business units

Managing and coordinating external service providers and implementation partners within the scope of projects and module-specific topics

Ensuring stable system operation and conducting user training

Actively contributing to the optimization of our IT application landscape
