Du kombinierst analytisches Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung und einem innovativen Blick.

Idealerweise verfügst du über praktische Erfahrung in klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen/ Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban) für die Durchführung von (Software-)Projekten.

Du setzt KI-Tools in deinem Fachgebiet souverän ein, bewertest die Ergebnisse kritisch und unterstützt Kunden und adessi dabei, Potenziale von KI zu nutzen.

Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine sichere Kommunikation.

Responsibilities:

Du gestaltest aktiv den Großhandel der Zukunft, indem du deine Kunden bei der Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von innovativen Technologien wie Data Driven Wholesale, Supply Chain Management oder neuen B2B E-Commerce Lösungen ganzheitlich berätst.

Du berätst Handelsunternehmen an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachabteilungen.

Du planst, konzipierst und moderierst Workshops für deine Kunden.

Du führst Digitalisierungsvorhaben wie ERP-Modernisierungen, CRM-Integrationen oder Prozessanalysen und -optimierungen durch.

Du engagierst dich in Projektakquise, Angebotserstellung und Presales-Aktivitäten.

Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen für die Digitalisierung im Großhandel voran.
