Requirements:

Technical training: Completed IT training or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in the IT field (minimum 3 years of professional experience)

Broad technical understanding, e.g., in areas such as:

Windows clients and servers

Networks, VPN, basic security topics

Virtualization, storage, or backup

Microsoft environment (AD, M365, basic Azure)

Citrix client support

Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work

Willingness to take on responsibility and think outside the box

Team-oriented, clear communication, and a hands-on mindset

Passionate about IT

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive management and assurance of IT operations at the HUB

Analysis, resolution, and sustainable handling of incidents and service requests

Providing support at both the 2nd and 1st levels

Operating, maintaining, and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure

Collaborating on changes, maintenance windows, and technical optimizations

Support for rollouts, updates, and lifecycle management

Documentation of systems, solutions, and processes

Collaboration with internal IT teams and external service providers
